All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions and the actual charged amount may vary slightly based on current exchange rates at the time of transaction.

We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate. Slight variations in fabric colour, texture, and pattern are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.

In the event of a pricing error, FASYHA reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged. If your payment method has been charged for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by FASYHA. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.

We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer as displayed at checkout. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order after confirmation if the product is unavailable or for any other legitimate reason.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our website.

FASYHA ships to addresses within Pakistan and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available on orders over Rs. 5,000 within Pakistan. International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. FASYHA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier service disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@fasyha.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number.

Sale items, customised or made-to-order items, and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. FASYHA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our customer service. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of FASYHA or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The FASYHA name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of FASYHA. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FASYHA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall FASYHA's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the greater of the amount you paid to FASYHA for the applicable products giving rise to the liability or one thousand Pakistani Rupees (Rs. 1,000).

FASYHA does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the website will be accurate or reliable.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
